Rated 2 out of 5 by from meh. I don't find this actually plumps my lips, I find it sticky and not needed. The applicator has great potential however you have to click a lot to get the product to come out then too much comes out all at once.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't seem to work... Glad I got it for free, because it doesn't seem to work. I clicked the button about thirty times and the applicator is still dry. Maybe I got an empty one. Anyway, I tossed it in the back of the drawer...maybe I'll try it again when it warms up.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Least of any possible goods OK, this is the first Julep product I've recieved that I'm literally NOT going to use all of, because...well, I'll just be honest: because it's dreadful. To start with, it HAS to be warm for the dispenser to work at all. I got on Nov 1, or thereabouts; and every time the temperature of this thing has gotten below 75 degrees, it's refused to come out of the end of the tube until it's been clicked 20 times--but then you end up with this unending bubble of pale peach tar that just keeps erupting out of the end of this thing endlessly. You can't expect to put in you purse, and my office is kept at 68 degrees--so I can't keep it in my desk, either. If you keep it stored in a place where it's stayed warm--in the end of my makeup closest to the heat register, the dispenser works a little better, Dropping it in glassful of hot water when you get in the shower, so it's had time to defrost before you want to use it, has also been effective in getting it out of the tube and onto my lips. Not that that has been a pleasant experience. This stuff stuff has the consistency of drywall paste, and sticks to itself! It's like wearing oobleck on your mouth! (If you haven't read Dr. Suess' "Bartholmoew and the Oobleck", I suggest that before you try this primer you read that book!)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not impressed It's sticky and the plumping is almost non-existent for me.  The clicking mechanism doesn't work well either- it takes forever to click the product up and sometimes, I can't get any to come out.  I'll try again the next day to find that a boatload has come to the surface of the tip.  I'd forgive the faulty design of the container if it worked but it unfortunately doesn't.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Probably Sounded Good in Theory So this was my first time trying a lip primer and I was excited about it because I like to wear lipsticks.  Well I thought I'd never get the thing to come out. Then it all comes spiraling out. It does not glide on at all. I just take my finger and smear it on my lips - sparingly! If you try to coat your lips with it like lipgloss, then it clumps and makes the top coat look lumpy. I guess that was suppose to be the plumping part but it clumps instead lol. Once I figured out how best to use the primer, because I was determined to use it... I do like its priming effects. I'm mixed with yummy lips, I don't really need plumping. It worked amazingly with my red lipstick and lip liner. Everything stayed in place and it lasted a long time. In the cold months, I like to occasionally wear it under my lipgloss at work since I talk all day and go outside a lot at work and my lips chap fast.
