Need to cancel your Maven subscription?

Thanks for being a Maven! We’ve had a blast bringing you fresh beauty and trendsetting colors and are so sad to see you go. Please join us again soon.

This month we’re trying out a new email cancellation process (a.k.a. no waiting on hold as we continue to grow our team of Julep Beauty Advisors). To cancel your Maven subscription, please email cancel@julep.com. You just need to provide your name, email address, and reason for cancellation. We’ll confirm your cancellation within 24 hours.

As a reminder, you must cancel by midnight of the 24th in order to not be billed for this month’s maven box.

HOT TIP: Before you go, be sure to log into your account to check out your Jules balance, since Jules can only be redeemed by active Mavens.
