  • Thumbnail Dollop of Smoky peacock blue crème Nail Polish

The most classic finish. Glossy, smooth, easy to apply.

Rich, flat color. No gloss or shine whatsoever.

A matte-metallic finish with texture and and micro-glitter.

Big, easy-to-see sparkle flakes. Glitter polish is textural, for smoother, use a top coat.

The same amount of sparkle as Glitter, but smaller flakes. Best for layering over color.

For nails that twinkle. A base of color and tiny flakes of shimmer mixed into one bottle.

Also known as pearlescent. Icy-toned shine, visible brush strokes.

Tiny rainbow colored flakes in the polish. Best seen in sunlight.

This finish glistens like the inside of a sea shell.

Also called duochrome. Color changes between two or more hues depending on the angle of looking at it.

Shiny, metal-looking finish. Most popular in golds, silvers, and coppers.

A layering polish. Creates a shattered texture look when put on top of another color.

A smooth, almost mirror-like metallic shine.

    1. Start with a base coat. This protects your nails from damage and staining, and creates a smooth base for your nail polish.

    2. Apply nail polish in thin layers, and give each coat time to dry before applying the next. This helps your color dry evenly and quickly.

    3. To extend the life of your manicure, start each layer by sealing your free edges. Lightly brush nail polish across the edge and under the tip of each nail.

    4. To make your nail polish pop, apply a layer of white polish between the base coat and color.

    5. Finish with a top coat to protect your nail polish against chips. Reapply every couple of days to keep your manicure looking fresh.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Proceed with caution I'll start with the positive-- this is a gorgeous color. However, it's been five days since I did the first removal of this color from my nails, and this is the first time it hasn't looked like I might have Smurf genes from a distant ancestor. The first day after I positively scrubbed my fingers with polish remover, it looked as though I competitively dyed Easter eggs the night before. Not a great look for when you're trying to maintain a professional image around people who would notice that sort of thing. Change the formula, or give me some insight into what I could do differently next time, but I probably won't use this one again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stained nails! this polish is unsatisfactory. It stained my nails and yes I used a base coat. I will be throwing away.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE this color! This is my favorite nail polish so far! I was a little apprehensive when I ordered it because of the reviews on it, but I decided to give it a try because the color looked so awesome. I love it! The color is very true and I need only one coat! As for the staining that other reviews mentioned, I didn't have that issue. I've found that I need to do one hand at a time. The first time I put the base coat on both hands at once, but then I was working on one hand only and I had to go do something before I could work on the other hand. When I came back, I re-applied the base coat on some of the fingers, but not all, and finished applying the polish. When I removed the polish next week, all of the fingers that had the fresh base coat did not have any staining. Only the ones that I didn't re-apply the base coat on have some staining. It wasn't too bad, especially since I was putting same polish on again. I'm absolutely in love with this color and I will definitely purchase it again!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Same color as Casey I was going through my lastest colors and adding the color to the swatch, when I came to Casey. I just got this color in my latest order and as I'm putting on the swatch I'm looking at my nails which I just painted earlier this week with Donna. And they are the same color. I looked on the website and one looks more blue than the other, but I then changed a couple nails to Casey and kept the others as Donna and it is the same color. Now I know everyone interprets colors a little different, but I just wanted to let others know that I have both colors on right now and they look exactly the same to me. So just be aware if you were thinking of buying these colors. You may not want to spend money or Jules on something that turns out to be the same color as something else. Over all I do really like the color Donna. It is a nice deep color. It wasn't too thick or clumpy, seemed to go on pretty easy too. I'm not totally sure about the staining as others have mentioned, like I said I only did 2 nails in Casey to compare to Donna. Once I take it off completely I may update this review to verify if I have the same issue or not. I'm only more disappointed that it looks the same as another color I have. As of right now I would recommend this color to others, it is a nice color. You just don't need both Donna and Casey.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not too great :( I was really looking forward to wearing this but it comes out much darker than it appears in the pictures. It was kind of goopy and I had a heck of a time getting it to look decent. It bubbles quite a bit but that might be due to "operator error". When I removed it, my hands and nails were green. I used a base coat so I wasn't anticipating my nails to be stained so much.
