POLISH FINISHES

Crème

The most classic finish. Glossy, smooth, easy to apply.

Matte

Rich, flat color. No gloss or shine whatsoever.

Suede

A matte-metallic finish with texture and and micro-glitter.

Glitter

Big, easy-to-see sparkle flakes. Glitter polish is textural, for smoother, use a top coat.

Micro-glitter

The same amount of sparkle as Glitter, but smaller flakes. Best for layering over color.

Shimmer

For nails that twinkle. A base of color and tiny flakes of shimmer mixed into one bottle.

Frost

Also known as pearlescent. Icy-toned shine, visible brush strokes.

Holographic

Tiny rainbow colored flakes in the polish. Best seen in sunlight.

Opalescent

This finish glistens like the inside of a sea shell.

Molten

Also called duochrome. Color changes between two or more hues depending on the angle of looking at it.

Metallic

Shiny, metal-looking finish. Most popular in golds, silvers, and coppers.

Crackle

A layering polish. Creates a shattered texture look when put on top of another color.

Chrome

A smooth, almost mirror-like metallic shine.

What it is:
Breakthrough Oxygen Technology powers this fast-drying, long-lasting nail polish to get nails healthy and more beautiful at the same time. Our proprietary 5-free, vegan-friendly formula also includes strengthening Hexanal and antioxidant green coffee extract. You'll never look at nail polish the same way again.

What it does:
  • Dries ultra fast & allows 30% more oxygen to permeate the nail bed than other nail polish
  • Reveals stronger, harder & more conditioned nails in just two weeks (reported by 95% of women in an independent trial)
  • Extends the life of your manicure or pedicure
  • Julep nail polish is 5-free and vegan-friendly. We steer clear of formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, toluene, DBP, camphor, and animal ingredients or byproducts.

Butyl Acetate, Ethyl Acetate, Nitrocellulose, Isopropyl Alcohol, Adipic Acid/Neopentyl Glycol/Trimellitic Anhydride Copolymer, Acetyl Tributyl Citrate, Isopropyl Alcohol, Stearalkonium Bentonite, Acrylates Copolymer, Ferric Ammonium Ferrocyanide (CI 77510), Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer, Benzophenone-1, Silica, Red 34 Lake (CI 15880), Trimethylpentanediyl Dibenzoate, Black 2 (CI 77266), Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Hexanal, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Yellow 5 Lake (CI 19140), Coffea Robusta Seed Extract, Red 6 Lake (CI 15850).

    1. Start with a base coat. This protects your nails from damage and staining, and creates a smooth base for your nail polish.

    2. Apply nail polish in thin layers, and give each coat time to dry before applying the next. This helps your color dry evenly and quickly.

    3. To extend the life of your manicure, start each layer by sealing your free edges. Lightly brush nail polish across the edge and under the tip of each nail.

    4. To make your nail polish pop, apply a layer of white polish between the base coat and color.

    5. Finish with a top coat to protect your nail polish against chips. Reapply every couple of days to keep your manicure looking fresh.

    We love it with...

Kristy - Boho Glam is rated 3.9048 out of 5 by 21.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Vampy. If you love deep, rich and vampy colours, then this is the colour for you! I am not going to disagree with the reviews that this polish looks black on the nail, because it does - but that's what is so great about it. This navy's coverage is fantastic, and went on smooth in one coat. Great formula.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not the color I was hoping for... I got the impression that this color was closer to navy than black, but as far as I could see, it was black. I didn't even get to a second coat. Painted one nail and removed the polish. I'll wear it closer to Halloween. :(

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One coat polish, deep rich color This polish went on smoothly and only needed one coat, which is nice. The color is rich and creamy though I will have to say that it pretty much looks black on my unless I'm in direct lighting. It's definitely a midnight blue, though darker than I was expecting based on the swatches. Still, a pretty an elegant color.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A nice deep navy blue - perfect shade for Autumn Like all the Julep polish, it goes on smooth. Depending on how thick you paint your coats, this polish may be a one-coater. However, I used 2 coats. Inside my house, the colour looked black, but once I got outside into the sunlight, I was able to appreciate the true colour of Kristy. She's a gorgeous, deep navy blue crème.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks black when applied I got this as my add-on in September. The color is long-lasting and I only needed one coat, however, it looks black instead of navy. It is still a color that I'll wear but I was hoping for something a little more blue.
