The most classic finish. Glossy, smooth, easy to apply.

Rich, flat color. No gloss or shine whatsoever.

A matte-metallic finish with texture and and micro-glitter.

Big, easy-to-see sparkle flakes. Glitter polish is textural, for smoother, use a top coat.

The same amount of sparkle as Glitter, but smaller flakes. Best for layering over color.

For nails that twinkle. A base of color and tiny flakes of shimmer mixed into one bottle.

Also known as pearlescent. Icy-toned shine, visible brush strokes.

Tiny rainbow colored flakes in the polish. Best seen in sunlight.

This finish glistens like the inside of a sea shell.

Also called duochrome. Color changes between two or more hues depending on the angle of looking at it.

Shiny, metal-looking finish. Most popular in golds, silvers, and coppers.

A layering polish. Creates a shattered texture look when put on top of another color.

A smooth, almost mirror-like metallic shine.

What it is:
Breakthrough Oxygen Technology powers this fast-drying, long-lasting nail polish to get nails healthy and more beautiful at the same time. Our proprietary 5-free, vegan-friendly formula also includes strengthening Hexanal and antioxidant green coffee extract. You'll never look at nail polish the same way again.

What it does:
  • Dries ultra fast & allows 30% more oxygen to permeate the nail bed than other nail polish
  • Reveals stronger, harder & more conditioned nails in just two weeks (reported by 95% of women in an independent trial)
  • Extends the life of your manicure or pedicure
  • Julep nail polish is 5-free and vegan-friendly. We steer clear of formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, toluene, DBP, camphor, and animal ingredients or byproducts.

Butyl Acetate, Ethyl Acetate, Nitrocellulose, Adipic Acid/Neopentyl Glycol/Trimellitic Anhydride Copolymer, Acetyl Tributyl Citrate, Isopropyl Alcohol, Stearalkonium Bentonite, Acrylates Copolymer, Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer, Ultramarines (CI 77003), Benzophenone-1, Silica, Manganese Violet (CI 77742), Trimethylpentanediyl Dibenzoate, Hexanal, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Ferric Ammonium Ferrocyanide (CI 77510), Coffea Robusta Seed Extract.

    1. Start with a base coat. This protects your nails from damage and staining, and creates a smooth base for your nail polish.

    2. Apply nail polish in thin layers, and give each coat time to dry before applying the next. This helps your color dry evenly and quickly.

    3. To extend the life of your manicure, start each layer by sealing your free edges. Lightly brush nail polish across the edge and under the tip of each nail.

    4. To make your nail polish pop, apply a layer of white polish between the base coat and color.

    5. Finish with a top coat to protect your nail polish against chips. Reapply every couple of days to keep your manicure looking fresh.

    We love it with...

Margaret - It Girl is rated 4.3684 out of 5 by 19.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love Love Love the Color Margaret is a beautiful light blue color.  It looks more blue in person than the swatches on the julep site that have a bit of a purplish look.  I took off a star because the formula is thick on a first use from a full bottle.  This made application a little more tricky than normal.  It was also a longer dry time than usual. Even with this issue I would still buy this because I love the color and it looks fantastic.  A drop of nail lacquer thinner will fix the issue (Hint - Julep I would love to see lacquer thinner drops offered by you)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from colour not quite what I thought I bought this as an add on to my March box. I really do love what I got, but its quite a bit more blue than I had expected. From the photos, at least to me it looks more like a pale lilac with a more purple tone, but its actually a more staurated blue. I love the colour none the less. I definitely like the lasting power of it as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect spring color! I couldn't decide if this was a weird (possibly ugly?) shade of blue, or if it was just the fact it was completely different than what I normally wear (pinks, reds, nudes, etc). I decided it was likely the latter, and painted my toenails as a trial run. And boy am I glad I did! The color just screams "SPRING!!" and I got a few compliments in yoga class on it this morning. This will definately be in my spring/summer rotation! The consistancy is pretty full cover, I could have gotten away with one coat but opted for two just in case. It is not sparkily at all, but has a very nice shine to it. A "true blue" without much gray.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great color for spring! I love this color so much! It truly is periwinkle - a slightly greyed blue - and is a sophisticated color rather than a too-cute baby blue. It does need two coats to even out, but then it wears like iron, especially with the Freedom Top Coat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this blue I didn't think I would really like Margaret, but I got it as part of my Maven box so I tried it. I am really loving it now. I used it as an accent color for a manicure. I used Princess Grace as the primary color. My only complaint is that the formula is little too thick. It gets kind of goopy, but that is easy to fix.
