Subscription

  • Do you have a referral program?

    Yes- you earn 1,000 Jules for each friend you refer to Julep Maven once they pay for their first full-priced Maven box.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    Just call the Maven Team at 877.651.3292. For security reasons, we cannot process cancellations by email or online. Please note: you must cancel by the 24th at 11:59pm (PST) to avoid being charged on the 27th.*

  • I'm afraid of commitment!

    We get it. That's why joining Julep Maven is risk (and hassle) free. This month's polish just not quite your color? Think maybe it would look better on your girlfriend? It's easy to try a new style, skip the month, or send your box to a friend, all for free. Your're free to cancel your membership at any time, for any reason.

  • Why can’t I see my previous orders in my account?

    Just click the link in your account and login to the old site to see orders prior to October 2012.

Julep Maven Boxes

  • Can I order items from prior months?

    We put the products featured in monthly Julep Maven Boxes on julep.com and in Maven Exclusives about a week after we ship out the monthly Maven Boxes. These products are available for a brief time only and quantities are limited, so act fast if something special catches your eye!

  • Can I purchase additional Julep Maven Boxes?

    Additional boxes are available for sale in Maven Exclusives about a week after we ship out the monthly Maven Boxes and remain there for the next two months. Quantities are limited, so act fast if something special catches your eye!

  • Can I send my box to someone else?

    Every Julep Maven Box comes beautifully packaged and ready to gift. Send your personal box to your girlfriend, sister, coworker, or anyone you like at no extra charge. Simply login to My Account on julep.com before midnight PST on the 24th of the month and select Send My Box to a Girlfriend - we’ll take care of the rest!

  • Do I have to purchase the box selected for me?

    Of course not! If you're not absolutely happy with the products we've picked to complement your personal style, you can always opt for a new look. Just login to julep.com and choose Try a New Style This Month. You also have the option to send your Julep Maven Box to a girlfriend or skip the month.

  • What comes in my Julep Maven Box every month?

    Based on the results of your Julep Maven Style Quiz, we'll personally select products every month to best complement your unique style profile. Each box will feature over $40 worth of never-before-released polishes, cutting edge treatments and cult favorites.

  • When and how will I be notified my Julep Maven Box is ready?

    As soon as you complete the Julep Maven Style Quiz, we'll instantly customize an introductory Julep Maven Box to complement your unique style. Once you become a Julep Maven, you will be notified by email on the 20th of each month with a preview of the coming month's box.

  • What happens now that American Beauty is retired?

    Starting with the March Maven Box, all American Beauties will become Modern Beauties. If you'd like to change your default style profile, go to https://www.julep.com/maven/account/changestyleprofile.

  • How do I change my default style profile?

Shipping

  • Can I track my order?

    You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your box has shipped. Please note: if your box is being shipped to Canada, you won't be able to track your package once it leaves the U.S.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping is always FREE for Mavens, site wide.

  • When can I expect my Maven Box to arrive?

    When you first become a Julep Maven, we'll send out your Introductory Box as soon as your account is processed. Monthly Julep Maven Boxes start shipping on the 27th of each month. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your box to arrive. Please note: if your shipping address is outside of the continental United States your box may take longer to arrive.

  • Where does Julep ship?

    We currently ship to the United States, United States Minor Outlying Islands, and Canada. We hope to be expanding soon!

Returns

  • What is your return policy?

    Since you are able to Skip the Month or try a New Style from the 20-24th of the month, you cannot return or exchange your Maven box.
