Julep Maven Boxes

Subscription

  • Do you have a referral program?

    Yes- you earn 1,000 Jules for each friend who becomes a Julep Maven using your referral link.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    Just call the Maven Team at 877.651.3292. For security reasons, we cannot process cancellations by email or online. Please note: you must cancel by the 24th at 11:59pm (PST) to avoid being charged on the 27th.*

  • What if I'm afraid of commitment?

    We get it. That's why joining Julep Maven is risk (and hassle) free. This month's polish just not quite your color? Think maybe it would look better on your girlfriend? It's easy to try a new style, add on extras, or send your box to a friend, all for free. To give you even more flexibility, you can earn a skip every six months from the date you signed up.* Just log into your account during the Monthly Maven Reveal (20th – 24th of every month) and if you have a skip option available to use, you're free to use it then or save it for later. So, you can skip up to two times per year based on what works for you! And of course you’re free to cancel your membership at any time, for any reason, by calling our amazing Maven Team at 877.651.3292, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm PST and Saturday 9am – 1pm PST.
    *Mavens who joined before December 18, 2013 are “grandmothered” in to the original terms with no changes to your skip options

  • Why can’t I see my previous orders in my account?

    Just click the link in your account and login to the old site to see orders prior to October 2012.

Shipping

  • Can I track my order?

    You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your box has shipped. Please note: if your box is being shipped to Canada, you won't be able to track your package once it leaves the U.S.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping is always FREE for Mavens, site wide.

  • When can I expect my Maven Box to arrive?

    When you first become a Julep Maven, we'll send out your Introductory Box as soon as your account is processed. Monthly Julep Maven Boxes start shipping on the 27th of each month. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your box to arrive. Please note: if your shipping address is outside of the continental United States your box may take longer to arrive.

  • Where does Julep ship?

    We currently ship to the United States, United States Minor Outlying Islands, and Canada. We hope to be expanding soon!

Returns

  • What is your return policy?

    Since you are able to try a New Style from the 20-24th of the month, you cannot return or exchange your Maven box.
