Rated 5 out of 5 by maggiebreedlove from Maybe previous reviewer got a bad bottle? I LOVE Phyllis. I didn't find her thick or goopy at all. Usually for whatever reason, the light pinks from Julep tend to err on the side of goopiness for me, (especially Glinda the Good Witch), but I wanted a pale pink so I decided to get this one. I loved it. It was a perfect color and perfect consistency :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kim A from Gorgeous shade I am very pleased with Phyllis! I've probably worn it more than any of my other Julep colors this season. As a few reviewers said it's a bit of a thick formula but it self-levels easily and looks great as long as you give it enough time to dry between coats!

Rated 4 out of 5 by sanctasapientia from A little thick, but a great neutral pink I got this in a secret store trio and I was so excited to try it. Unfortunately it's my least favorite of the bunch, only because of the gluey texture and messy cuticle lines. That being said, Phyllis is one classy lady! I feel like a society girl when I put on this color. I've only had the goopy problem with Phylls and Cody, and since I love both colors so much I might invest in a thinner. I could see this being the perfect base for wedding nails. It's a little difficult to see with my camera flash, but in natural light Phyllis matches the site swatches.

Rated 4 out of 5 by AlisonL from Shade is perfection, formula not so much. The title really says it all -- this is the perfect neutral pastel pink, not too pale or too bright, not too cool or too warm, just perfection. For someone with soft summer coloring, it's hard for me to find shades that flatter the mixture of cool and warm tones in my skin. It's also hard to find colors that aren't too intense for me, but I don't always want to stick to safe muted tones. This is the perfect pink for me. It is thick and goopy as other reviews have said, but I plan to use some nail polish thinner next time. I'd definitely buy it again, I just hope the formula gets tweaked a bit to be easier to work with.

Rated 2 out of 5 by teri45 from Nice pink color but.... WAY too thick and goopy. I used a bit of thinner but I HATE to have to do that because it negates the whole purpose of a 5-free polish. I love Julep, but the inconsistency of the polish formulas is very frustrating... one pink cream will be thin, watery and streaky... one will be thick, goopy and unmanageable... while another will be a perfect one coat wonder. It's so irritating.
