Whether you're using one of our products, or opening your monthly beauty box —we always want you to feel great about your Julep experience. Nothing means more to us than making sure you're happy with the products you’ve received. If you ever have a less-than-happy experience, please let us know. Julep Beauty Box Subscription
When a new beauty box subscriber becomes a Maven, they can unlock full subscription benefits, such as unlimited Box Skips (select “Skip this month” during Maven Reveal, the 20th-24th of each month). Other benefits include Box Customization, which ensures you get exactly what you want every month and a “Send it to a friend” option.
Returns & Refund Policy
We accept returns on orders within 30 days of the order date, when the products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued once the return order has been received and inspected. You will be refunded the amount of your original order within 7-10 business days of inspection. (Please note that Julep does not provide prepaid return shipping labels and is not responsible for returned shipping costs.)
After 30 days, orders are no longer eligible for return or refund. We do not accept returns or refunds for discounted Welcome/Introductory/Trial subscription beauty boxes. We do not refund original shipping fees on any order. Purchases made as part of a Special Promotion (such as Secret Store, Sweet Steals, and Mystery Box, and Gift with Purchases) are not eligible for return. In all promotional cases, return eligibility is stated in the fine print of the original promotional email.
