Return for Refund
You may return unopened, resalable items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt (excluding Maven boxes, add-ons, and Mystery boxes). Simply send us an email to Julep Customer Service firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Home Address
- Order Number
- Returning Which item and Why
For shipping help, call us at 877-651-3292. Once your return is received and inspected (usually 7-10 days), we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment. It may take your bank additional time to reflect your refund.
New Mavens must purchase one box at full price to unlock full Maven benefits.
We do not accept returns of Maven boxes. However, Mavens are offered unlimited skips (just select “I’m out this month” during the Maven Reveal, the 20th-24th each month), a Send to a Friend option, and customization (legacy Mavens don’t customize but can try a different Style Profile) so you can be sure to get exactly what you want each month.
Savvy Deals, Sweet Steals, Mystery Boxes & Special Promotions
Anything purchased as part of a special promotion such as Savvy Deals, Sweet Steals, or Mystery Box, are not eligible for return. In all promotional cases, return eligibility is stated in the fine print of the original promotional email.
