Earn Julep Jules a number of ways and redeem them for your monthly Maven Products. We make it easy to earn and redeem your Jules, and best of all, you get to choose when and how to spend them. • How do I earn Jules?

  You earn 1,000 Jules for referring a friend to Julep Maven, 300 Jules for each full priced Maven box you are billed for, 200 Jules on your Birthday, 500 Jules during your Anniversary month, and 750 Jules when you pay for the monthly upgrade box. You even get Jules just for becoming a Maven!

• How do I cancel my subscription?

  Just call the Maven Team at 877.651.3292. For security reasons, we cannot process cancellations by email or online. Please note: you must cancel by the 24th at 11:59pm (PST) to avoid being charged on the 27th.*

• Do I receive my Jules right away?

  You will receive your Jules on the 1st of your anniversary month, on your birthday, and when you take your monthly Maven box. For referrals, your Jules will show as pending until your friend pays full price for their first monthly box. Please note: if your card fails and is later reprocessed for your monthly Maven box, you will receive Jules prior to the next Maven Window.

• If I had referral credits on the old site, do I get to keep them?

  Yes - We will transfer your old referral credits to Julep Jules, so each friend you referred on the old site is worth 1,000 Julep Jules.

• Can I use my old referral link?

  Your referral link form our Share On program will be valid until November 10th, 2012. After that, you will need to use your new link which can be found in the My Account section. (add link to My Accounts section)

• What happens if I reach the 50,000 Jules cap?

  We will contact you with your options.

• How many Jules do I earn if I purchase prepaid Maven subscription?

  You will earn 300 Jules for each month of Maven you prepay for.

• On which items can I redeem my Jules?

  You can redeem 2,000 Jules on Maven boxes, 750 Jules on nail color add-ons, and 5,500 Jules on Upgrades. Jule amounts for additional products offered during the Maven window will be specified.

• Can I redeem my Jules on past boxes?

  Yes- Simply select to use your Jules at checkout when purchasing a box from the Maven Exclusives catalogue.

• Can I use my Jules even if I don’t have enough for the full item?

  You can only use your Jules if you have enough to purchase the entire item.

• Do I earn Jules when I am redeeming Jules for other items?

  Unfortunately, you can only earn Jules when paying cash for an item.

• What happens to my Jules if I cancel my Maven subscription?

  If you cancel your Maven subscription your Jules will no longer be redeemable. If you choose to re-activate at a later time, your account will reflect your previous Jules balance.

• Can I gift my Jules to a friend?

  Unfortunately Jules are non-transferable.

• Do my Jules ever expire?

  Your Jules will expire two years after you earn them, so make sure you are redeeming your rewards.

• Do you have a badge that I could share on my blog?

  Yes! If you own a blog or website and are a Julep Maven, show your love for Julep by putting a badge on your page. You can add your Maven Referral code to the HTML below.

• Just login to your account and find your referral link.
• Paste your personal referral link into our provided link.
• Copy the complete code into your blog/website.

• Step 1: Click "Appearance"
• Step 2: Click "Widgets"
• Step 3: Select the "Text" widget and drag it into your blog's sidebar
• Step 4: Click on the arrow that is on the right side of the "Text" widget
• Step 5: Copy and past the HTML code for badge into the "Text" widget
• Step 6: Click on the "Save" button

• Step 1: Click "Design"
• Step 2: Click "Page Elements"
• Step 3: Click "Add a Gadget"
• Step 4: Click on "HTML/Javascript"
