Rated 4 out of 5 by itsoliviaaah from A dreamy forest green! I love Roc Solid! It seemed a little darker in person than in the online swatches, but it still has that grayed-green tone that is universally flattering on any skin tone or nail shape. I wore this over the weekend for work & for a formal event before changing into another polish--no base coat, no topcoat--& the wear of it was great, not a single chip! One thing to keep in mind however is that it's unfortunately not like the other Julep creams. It DOES take 2 coats to be opaque. I was pretty disappointed about the formula, but only because I like to just swipe 1 nice thick coat on & go on with the rest of my day. Also because this will take more than 1 coat, Roc Solid takes a little longer to dry. Overall the dry time & the thin formula cost a star, but this color is the perfect of edgy & sophisticated that those factors can be very easily forgiven!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nomorewars from The color of green waves! You know when you look into a lake or canal and the waves are a dark, glassy green? This color is exactly that. I did it with gold tips and it was amazing. It's a bit thin for Julep, but I only needed 2-3 coats for opacity. I highly recommend it, very unique and gorgeous.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Ashleysue from Color is translucent, extremely see through. I was hoping this color would be as rich and as dark as the picture but sady my expectations fell short. After three coats of color and a base coat and a top coat it still was very translucent! Still deciding if I would try wearing it again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by snvr from Bottle arrived in bad shape After reading the reviews, I thought I'd give the color a try. The bottle polish arrived in quite a state-- I couldn't pull the outer cap off to do a swatch without pulling off the top half of the inner cap and when I went to try and open the bottle, the bottom half of the inner cap popped off, and part of the brush was completely detached from the bristles and the lid. The polish itself was dried up and while it is indeed a beautiful color, isn't usable. I've contacted Julep to see if there is anything they can do on their end. This was a bizarre find and fortunately, the only time I've had this happen with my Julep polishes. I'm hoping that this is a fluke and that things get resolved soon!
