The product formulation is great! It goes on smoothly without tugging. The problem I have is with the color. The reddish brown tone makes my eyes look irritated and sore. Not a good look lol! I’m going to avoid picking out this type of shade in the future and stick with more flattering shades.

The eyeliner itself is fine, but I can't sharpen it because there is a plastic ring around tip, and the other end does not twist to extend more product. VERY FRUSTRATING. I'm wasting a lot of product because it's not accessible!

You're absolutely right that this eyeliner isn't designed to be sharpened like a traditional pencil. The plastic ring you mentioned is actually part of the product's design. To access more product, you'll want to gently remove that plastic cap from the tip, which should reveal more of the eyeliner underneath. This is absolutely the best eyeliner for mature skin. Absolutely no tugging or skipping on eye skin. Just makes the thin line your looking for on aging eye skin without leaving bigger areas or skipping parts of the skin like other eyeliners often do. Highly recommend this eyeliner!

I have been using this eyeliner exclusively for 10+ years! It's reliable, great pigment, literally glides on and stays on!! I wear this eyeliner to music festivals in the summer heat and while my eyeshadow may fade (not Julep) the eyeliner stays. Highly recommend.
I'm just sad there's no more ultraviolet!

Glides on very smooth and lasts all day. Apparently you're supposed to sharpen these but there's just a little tip on this, it's not a twist up. Not sure how long the pencil will last. I've used it for a week now and it still looks good.
