Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns on orders within 30 days of the order date, when the products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued once the return order has been received and inspected. You will be refunded the amount of your original order within 7-10 business days of inspection. (Please note that Julep does not provide prepaid return shipping labels and is not responsible for returned shipping costs.)

Policy Exclusions

After 30 days, orders are no longer eligible for return or refund. We do not refund original shipping fees on any order.
