  • For P.O Box addresses, all shipments will be sent using FedEx SmartPost®. We suggest selecting the U.S. Standard shipping method at checkout.
  • Not all shipping methods are available for addresses outside the Continental United States. All shipments outside the Continental United States (i.e., Hawaii, Alaska) will be sent using FedEx SmartPost®. We suggest selecting the U.S. Standard shipping method at checkout. For certain areas in Alaska (Barrow, Juneau, Ketchikan, Prudhoe Bay/Deadhorse, Sitka) we are required to ship USPS and are therefore unable to offer expedited shipping to those areas. Select the Standard shipping method at checkout.

Welcome Boxes and orders under $25 are not eligible for free U.S. Standard shipping and will have a shipping rate of $4.99. Julep Beauty Box subscribers always get free U.S. Standard shipping on orders, excluding Welcome Boxes. If you are a Beauty Box subscriber, choose the free U.S. Standard shipping option at checkout to ensure your orders are shipped free of charge. All free U.S. shipping orders are shipped FedEx SmartPost®.

All orders shipping to Canada include a shipping charge. All shipments will be sent using Landmark. Please be aware that all orders to Canada, regardless of shipping method, may be subject to additional duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are not included in the prices listed on our website.

Track Your Shipment

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time: Orders ship from our fulfillment centers in Grove City, Ohio. If you live outside of the Continental United States, your order may take longer to arrive than the estimated amount of time provided in the Shipping Method step during checkout. Please note: Customers are responsible for all costs related to incorrectly submitted shipping information. Julep is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Tracking Information: You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been processed. The tracking number may not become active for 24–48 hours. There may be shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather.
