Emmy Lou - It Girl is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Twist on classic creme I picked a mystery nail polish based on the blue question mark and ended up with Emmy Lou (hint - it's not blue). The swatch.... looks kinda ugly. It's a weird color. Next to pink colors, it definitely makes your nail look jaundiced. However, it did apply well (for a Julep creme) with the float technique, and I can see it could have nail art applications (an accent color alongside Rossi and something else, maybe). And it does remind me of the color of mocha ice cream in some lights.
